Yankalilla Cruise

Once again we are planning a fantastic Cruise weekend. There are many details still to be finalised, but I can tell you that we will have The Lincolns playing. We will provide further updates as bands and venues are confirmed.

Entry Information
For the 2017 Cruise as in previous years, the Cruise will depart Castle Plaza at 10:00am. Vehicles will travel along South Road, then via the Southern Expressway to Aldinga, through Myponga and on to Yankalilla. The venue for the day is the picturesque Yankalilla Memorial Park Oval. Activities on the oval will start at 10:30am.
Note: There is no need to pre-register your vehicle for the Cruise, just roll up on the day.
Pre-Paid Entry: For all those who intend starting their Cruise to Yankalilla from Castle Plaza, you may pre-pay for entry to the event. If you pre-pay, you will be given a small sticker that will get you fast-tracked into the oval, and it will assist us in clearing South Road and any traffic build up. We will have Yankalilla Cruise Team members at Castle Plaza selling the tickets. Cost of entry is $15 per vehicle. Please ensure that you get to Castle Plaza in plenty of time to purchase your pre-paid entry stickers.
Pre-paid entry stickers will also be available at the Yankalilla Hotel on Friday night. See Billy and Moddy.

$15 per vehicle, regardless of number of occupants – keep it legal though!
$5 per motorcycle
$5 for ‘walk ins’.
Playing on the Bouncy Castle is free for children. Children must be accompanied by an adult into the venue.
Please Remember…
There will be vehicles moving around the oval precinct during the day, so make sure that your children are supervised at all times. Drivers, please drive carefully at all times!
Vintage Caravan Display
This year there will again be some vintage caravans on display. They will not be parked on the oval itself, as that is reserved for vehicles only, but will be parked just outside the far-end of the oval (from where you enter from Main South Road), and up around and behind the Clubrooms.
If you are bringing a vintage caravan to display, please make sure that you follow the parking instructions given to you by the organiser of the caravan group or by our parking marshalls.
