34th All British Day 2018 – Echunga Oval, South Australia
I had heard many times how good this event was, but had never attended (shame) so jumped in my ’65 Impala and cruised through the Adelaide Hills on this beautiful day to this truly spectacular event. There were 100’s of cars & motor bikes from our ‘mother country’ from all the manufacturers. If you couldn’t find something you liked then you are hard to please I assure you. Every make including Aston Martin, AJS, Austin Healey, Bentley, BSA, Ford, Briston, Jaguary, Rolls Royce, MG, Land Rover, Lotus, Morris, Morgan & Vauxhall to name just a few. I highly recommend attending this event even if you’re really an American car fan…

Cars on the Coast, Feb 2018 – Port Noarlunga, South Australia
One of Adelaide’s monthly ‘Coffee & Cars’ themed events, this one in the deep southern suburbs draws mostly street machines, a few hot rods, restored classics and some cool early Japanese cars tossed in the mix. Of course anything is welcome, but that seems to be the ‘flavour’. Beck’s Bakehouse is right next door for superb coffee & great food.

Zippel Cruise Night – Feb 10, 2018, Adelaide, South Australia
This Zippel Cruise Night had very nice weather for us to all hang out and cruise in our American vehicles around Adelaide. Memorable cars were: a new black fender-less 33 Ford 3-window coupe, orange (blk fenders) ’32 Ford pickup, 2-tone blue ’47 Dodge sedan (lowrider/bomb style), orange ’69 Chevelle coupe, very tidy white & blue early ’80-86 Ford Bronco & red F100 of the same series (parked together), fawn (blk fenders) restored ’32 Chevy roadster, and a grey fenderless ’34 Ford pickup. Enjoy my 106 photos from around 300-400 vehicles.
